I have searched for gas logs and installation for a few years and finally my husband gave me logs for my birthday. I’ve been to several places and this place by far was the easiest to work with and had very competitive pricing. I worked with 2 people and I waited to long to write this review I forgot their names but they were awesome. I originally wanted to order the non charred logs but after talking to Denise, she convinced me the charred logs look so much better and authentic and she was right! I’m so glad I went with her recommendation. The guy who came to install was very friendly and answered my questions even after he left. Now I want to replace the logs in my other fireplace and I know I will do that thru this company! Buy local! So glad I went with this group! I don’t think I can post a picture which is a shame to show the finished product.

We moved into our home one year ago with non-working bar refrigerators (indoor and outdoor) and a non working ice machine. Cornell had the upscale brands we wanted and installed them fast. He also recommended gas logs for our indoor fireplace and we now have a fire at the click of a switch...enjoying this so much now that it's getting cold. Also, my husband just bought an outdoor patio heater today:) Highly recommend!

Just called them and tried to scare me away from buying a vent free by blaming carbon monoxide as a serious issue. False, most good vent free units monitor the room and automatically shut down when there is a drop in Oxygen. Update OK more to do with the individual not the company. And I did my research, this is a post about my experience its called an opinion and you have to take the bad with the good.

After my original posting which was not at all positive I was allowed another opportunity to speak with their representative. After a more lengthy conversation it became apparent the whole issue was a complete misunderstanding by both parties. I appreciate their reaching out to communicate with me to discuss the where/why of the situation. The information and direction they then provided was exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely look to use them should I have a need in the future.

The staff at FIREPlACEandBBQ'S Store in Southlake were very helpful & knowledgeable & they answered all of my questions. The owner, Cornell was very helpful & his installation was quick and very professional. Plus he did everything he said & even more. Our fireplace has now become the focal point in our family room with the addition of RealFyre gas logs from Fireplace & BBQ's I would personally recommend the folks at Fireplace & BBQ's
